Electromagnetic clutch fitting adjustment

Throttle handle free stroke adjustment Throttle handle free stroke 2~6mm, does not meet the requirements of the electromagnetic clutch accessories should be adjusted.

The adjustment steps are as follows: loosen the lock nut, turn the throttle adjusting solenoid to the specified position, then tighten the lock nut, turn the throttle adjusting solenoid clockwise, and the free travel of the throttle becomes smaller; Turn the throttle adjusting screw counterclockwise to increase the free travel of the throttle.

Adjust the carburetor idle speed.

1. Turn on the ignition switch and preheat for 5~10 minutes;

2. Remove the right cover, turn the idle screw clockwise, turn the idle screw counterclockwise, and idle the engine

3. Set the idle speed to about 1500R/MIN.

Note: The air mixing ratio screw has been adjusted on the special instrument before leaving the factory, please do not adjust it easily.

Adjust the clutch.

The free travel of the left handle of the clutch is 10~20 mm. If it is not in this range, adjust it. The steps are as follows:

Release the clutch adjusting lock nut;

Rotate the screw tube clockwise to increase the clutch free clearance, rotate the screw tube counterclockwise to reduce the clutch free clearance;

3. Tighten the clutch and adjust the lock nut. Note: Every 2000KM, remove the clutch operating line for cleaning and lubrication.

Check, adjust and lubricate the drive chain.

Check Method Support the motorcycle with the main support, step on the speed pedal to the neutral position, swing the chain up and down, check its swing should be between 10~20MM, if not within this range.
