Some of them exist in the matrix structure of steel, some of which constitute large particles of Al2O3), and some exist in the solid solution state of steel (such as non-oxidized steel); (2) During the steel and pouring process, the liquid of the steel contacts the air, and the oxygen combines with the intermediate elements of the steel to form a secondary oxide, which remains in the liquid of the steel; In the process of steel liquid solidification, due to the selective crystallization of steel liquid, such as low melting point FeS. FeO et al., and finally precipitate between grain boundaries and dendritic crystals.
