The heat treatment process of precision steel castings generally includes heat treatment, quenching, normalizing, timely treatment of castings, manual timely treatment, removal of internal stress, softening and graphitization solutions because of different working conditions. For example, the casting has high corrosion resistance and sufficient ductility, and its internal structural mechanism should be austenite. Therefore, it is necessary to heat treat the castings. When the casting can be heated to the austenitic area so that it is fully austenitic, it can be quenched and cooled so quickly that the austenite cannot keep up with the change.

Post-treatment of superalloy precision casting aluminum castings is divided into three levels: correction, repair and surface casting and rolling. Because some castings will form different levels of deformation in the process of condensation, refrigeration and heat treatment, so that part of the specification deviation, it should be repaired by correction. The key to correction is to use the energy of the mechanical device at room temperature or temperature. When the deformation is too large, the weight of the casting itself or the external pressure can also be used for high temperature correction of the heat treatment furnace.

The external defects of aluminum castings should be repaired by welding; The surface of the casting is not smooth and uniform, and the suspension grinding wheel and fast grinding wheel are generally used for polishing casting. Initial machining is the post-processing technology of aluminum castings. After the initial processing of the casting, the shortcomings can be treated in time, the net weight can be reduced, and the waste and cut can be classified and reused. Anti-rust treatment is to prevent aluminum castings from rusting during transportation or placement, using the method of painting.
